AMAZING! That is not even a strong enough word to describe owner Tammi Pruss's Cakes from AZ CakeScapes.

We had Tammi make us a cake for our wedding reception and it was absolutely incredible!!!

She made us the White Almond Sour Cream Cake with Carmel Butter cream filling alternating with Red Velvet Cake and Cream Cheese filling. The outside of the cake was frosted with butter cream frosting, then covered in fondant. The multi-tiered cake was then decorated with hundreds of hand-made Forget-Me-Not flowers. The attention to detail on the flowers was uncanny. The Forget-Me-Nots were just as I remember the real thing!

While most cakes I've had at friends' and relatives' receptions look beautiful, they usually didn't taste as good as they looked. This was NOT the case here! The taste was HEAVENLY. Moist, delicately sweet, but not tooth ache sweet. The butter cream was light with just the right amount of sweetness to it. YUM! My new hubby's favorite cake is Red Velvet, and usually has it whenever he can get his hands on it, so you can imagine over the years he's tasted many kinds of Red-Velvet. He is begging for this recipe! I almost thought he wasn't going to share when he tasted Tammi's Red-Velvet. <grin>. Now for his birthday his special request is an AZ CakeScapes Red-VelvetIMG_7236.JPG made especially by Tammi.

The White Almond Sour cream was also a favorite among our guests at the reception. We had some left over and shared with the hotel staff where we had the reception. We got so many compliments on the cake, and the head Maitre'd wanted her card. Turns out he was getting married soon and wanted Tammi to do the cake for his wedding!

There is no need to have other deserts at your event when you hire Tammi. Just be prepared for the continuous compliments and the large number of people that want her card! You won't be disappointed!!!

Tammi .. The cake was WONDEFUL .. It looked just as good as it tasted ..AMAZING .. It was a huge success,  my daughter was just thrilled and her friends were quite jealous !! My other daughter Meilah, she will be turning the big 13 later this year .. Of course after  seeing the cake you made Miranda, she is anxious for her cake in August. And, this time I will give you two weeks notice !! You are great Tammi, THANK YOU !!

Arizona CakeScapes made the most beautiful wedding cake for my wedding. The owner, Tammi Pruss of Tolleson, collaborated with my soon-to-be mother-in-law Brenda to make the cake of my dreams. I picked out a design from a magazine but the finished product went way beyond. Tammi made the prettiest tiered cake out of my wedding colors of lavender accented with purple and ivory. The cake topper made me speechless. Without seeing the bridal party bouquets themselves, Tammi hand-made a bouquet of calla lilies, lavender and white roses, with a splash of small purple flowers. The resemblance to the actual bouquet was uncanny. The delicious cake layers themselves were chocolate with fudge filling and lemon with lemon filling. My family and friends were blown away by the taste and beauty of the cake  A heartfelt thank you to Tammi at Arizona CakeScapes and Brenda for making my wedding...perfect.
